BLOCS™ by Triumph Modular are high-performance clear span modular buildings designed for speed, flexibility, and wide-open layout freedom. Built on a perimeter frame with a clear span truss, BLOCS offer expansive interior space with no interior columns — ideal for offices, classrooms, meeting spaces, and more.
A 60-foot steel high beam defines the length of each BLOCS unit, while modular widths are created by adding additional sections — from a compact 3-plex (2,160 SF) to a large 10-plex (7,200 SF). These clear span modular buildings can be quickly configured to fit nearly any space requirement, allowing full flexibility in layout and use.
