LEED Gold Multi-unit Modular Project Success
Take a photographic tour from foundation to the completion of Triumph Modular’s just completed a multi-unit modular project consisting of 15,000 square feet, 12-units. The project was designed and bid as modular in an effort to save time and money. In the design phase, the project team sought a LEED Silver level certification, yet in the end, through the efforts of the project team as well as the lean practices intrinsic to the modular process, LEED Gold was achieved!
We are extremely proud of the project team’s efforts and the finished project! Hats off to Gregg Kelly, Director of Construction Services, Rory Nguyen, Project Manager, and Nick Cuzzupe, Site Superintendent for a job well done.
