Biotech Modular Office Space Project

Triumph Modular completed a two-story modular office expansion for a Massachusetts biotech company to accommodate rapid growth and renovation of their manufacturing space. The 13,000 sq. ft. building was constructed using Triumph’s Silverline Building System, offering open offices, huddle rooms, conference rooms, and upgraded HVAC systems for a healthy work environment. Built-in just 176 days, it minimized disruption to ongoing operations and optimized space with a two-story design in a parking lot.

Triumph Modular’s collaboration with Joseph B. Fay has resulted in significant opportunities, including the awarding of infrastructure projects throughout Pennsylvania, including the North Fork Bridge project in Brookville, PA.
Triumph Modular supplied two 2,160 sq ft three-piece modular buildings, one for Joseph B. Fay and the other for Bridging Pennsylvania, a 1,440 sq ft double-wide unit for the engineering company Volkert, and an 8′ x 32′ building for inspectors.
