Belmont Hill
The Belmont Hill School needed swing space. Recognizing Triumph Modular as the leader in sustainable classroom design, they reached out to us to learn their options. Triumph Modular was tasked with providing six classrooms, an open testing area, five private offices, a conference room, and restrooms for staff and students. We repurposed buildings within our existing fleet to meet the school’s needs.
Triumph Modular began with existing modules designed and built for green-minded clients in 2011. These modules were designed with the occupant’s comfort in mind. The building’s HVAC system has a SEER Rating of 17, large windows provide generous ambient light. Low-VOC interior adhesives, coatings, and materials were used in the construction. We incorporated a GREENGUARD certified insulation system for a continuous air barrier, heat loss prevention, and improving the sound quality of the classrooms.
Triumph Modular was able to limit the site disruption with an accelerated schedule. The time from delivery of the modules to occupancy was only two months. Limiting site disruption was necessary for the comfort and convenience of the existing school’s teachers and students.
