Sustainable Modular Swing Space for Belmont Hill School
When Belmont Hill School needed modular swing space for schools, they turned to Triumph Modular for a sustainable, fast, and low-impact solution. The project included six classrooms, a large open testing area, five private offices, a conference room, and multiple restrooms. To meet the school’s timeline and sustainability goals, Triumph repurposed high-performance modular units from our fleet.
The modules, originally built in 2011 for environmentally conscious clients, feature a high-efficiency HVAC system with a SEER rating of 17. Expansive windows provide abundant natural light, while interior materials—such as low-VOC adhesives, coatings, and finishes—promote a healthy learning environment. The insulation system is GREENGUARD certified, supporting superior energy performance and acoustics.
Triumph Modular completed installation with minimal disruption to the Belmont Hill campus. From module delivery to occupancy, the schedule spanned just two months, enabling a smooth transition for teachers and students during construction. This modular swing space offered the ideal temporary solution while maintaining quality and comfort.
