Custom Modular Office Space for Bethany Healthcare’s Growing Team
Bethany Healthcare required additional workspace to support the growth of its accounting department. Triumph Modular responded with a phased solution, initially installing a temporary double-wide Professional Space modular office to meet immediate needs.
Once permit challenges were resolved, the temporary structure was relocated, and a third module was added to form a permanent three-piece modular office building. The relocation process included extensive site preparation, such as tree removal, retaining wall installation, poured concrete walkway, foundations, and a custom-built ramp and stairs.
This project demonstrates Triumph’s ability to adapt modular building solutions to client needs—combining speed, flexibility, and long-term usability for institutional office space expansion.
