In 2024, the Manchester School District in New Hampshire launched a $306 million facilities modernization project, which included the strategic use of modular classrooms to maintain educational continuity during renovations. Triumph Modular was contracted to supply and install 72 modular units—comprising 56 classrooms and 16 office and meeting spaces—across six schools. These units provided nearly 60,000 square feet of space and accommodated up to 910 students.
The project began with the first modular delivery on June 1, 2024, and followed a rolling installation schedule throughout the summer. By August 28, all units were fully operational for the start of the school year. Triumph Modular’s scope included site preparation, installation, and utility connections, ensuring the classrooms were ready for immediate use.
Collaboration among the Manchester School District, Consigli Construction, and Triumph Modular was key to the project’s timely completion. Modular classrooms allowed the district to continue serving up to 1,000 students during construction, supporting a phased renovation strategy and minimizing disruption to education.
