In the first phase of their long-term broadcast infrastructure upgrade, the United States Tennis Association partnered with Triumph Modular to create a reusable, high-performance twenty-seven-unit, 16,000 sq ft modular office building and Broadcast Village for the US Open. Installed in just five days every August, this Phase 1 solution provides mission-critical space for live TV production while allowing full annual disassembly and storage for the off-season.

Deliver a durable, broadcast-ready complex on the USTA grounds that can be rapidly assembled/disassembled each year, support major networks like ESPN and NBC, and withstand the demands of live sports coverage without permanent site impact.

Twenty-seven modular units form a flexible, two-level-capable complex with a 1,500 sq ft outdoor dining patio featuring aluminum railings and recycled Trex composite decking. The entire Phase 1 modular office building is designed for quick setup in August and takedown afterward, ensuring zero year-round footprint while providing professional-grade broadcast support.
