Since 1968, Mark Line Industries has been fabricating custom modular buildings. From their roots, as a manufacturer of relocatable offices and classrooms, Mark Line grew from a single location, to one of the country’s foremost custom fabricators of modular buildings and permanent modular construction.
Founded in 1983, the Modular Building Institute (MBI) is the only international non-profit trade association serving non-residential modular construction. Our regular membership includes wholesale manufacturers, direct manufacturers, and dealers of commercial modular buildings while our associate members are companies supplying building components, services, and financing to the industry. It is MBI’s mission to grow the industry and its capabilities by encouraging innovation, quality, and professionalism through communication, education, and recognition. MBI also administers an educational foundation.

Triumph and NRB Partnership
Two leaders in their respective industries have come together to provide innovative and responsible modular solutions to meet today’s market needs of efficiency, sustainability, and effectiveness. Triumph Modular and NRB, Inc., in collaboration with ARC/Architectural Resources Cambridge, took first place for the Montgomery County Public Schools’ (MCPS) 2006 Design Competition for a Prefabricated Classroom Unit. From that success, they have focused their efforts on extending this award-winning space to additional classroom and commercial opportunities nationwide.
